Earned this specialization in 2025 as part of my PMP PDUs while building skills to augment and optimize project management and technical skills. 
Earned this specialization in 2023 to provide better support to the Product team as the Technical Project Manager, Product.
Earned this specialization in 2023 to provide in house technical and operational support for Salesforce. Also to prepare to assist with DNS, API, and other Product project management work with the contract Salesforce Administrator working on incorporating Salesforce as part of the Job Board customer experience. 
Researched project management upskilling after discussing  the best career path forward at Women Who Code. Based on the organizations anticipated need and skills gaps for the COMMS team and stretch assignments for the Product team applied in October 2022 and became certified December 2022.
The DEI certifications were earned in 2022 to learn, know, and understand the language for writing for a DEI brand while working as the social media manager and Technical Communications Project Manager for Women Who Code. 

The Gender Analytics courses were completed in 2022 to support leading the Equal Pay Survey research project for 2023. The concepts, frameworks, and ideologies assisted in the survey having the highest response rate in the history of the survey. 
Technical Development Certifications
Completed this hands on lab project to reacquaint myself with GitHub to support documentation for the Women Who Code engineers working on the new site build. Mark down is FUN!
